We welcome all visitors to this site and provide free access for browsing the range of contemporary photography available on Visit London Images. If you wish to save images for future reference or to place an order, you can gain access to our powerful lightbox functions and a variety of fast delivery options (including high and low resolution downloads) by registering with us.

How do I register?
Simply complete the Visit London Images registration form to get full access to the site’s rich functionality. Once you have registered, the site will automatically maintain your contact details, preferences and lightboxes and therefore make picture research and ordering quick and easy.

Note that the registration process requires you to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions. The Visit London Images team will then confirm your registration as soon as possible. However, if you have registered during holiday periods or out of office hours there maybe a delay in confirming the registration. If you require images immediately and cannot wait for your registration to be confirmed, please contact the Brand Team at Visit London via visitlondon.com.

Once your registration has been accepted you can log on, search for or browse your desired images, and place your selections in the shopping basket to order online.

When should I log in?
Once you have registered, it’s best to log in on every subsequent visit to Visit London Images. The log in function is positioned at the top right of the home page, so simply enter your user name and password. Your personal details are then repeated at the top right of every subsequent page on the site, so you can check your log in status, lightboxes and personal details at any stage of your visit.

Upon completion of a session, remember to log off by clicking on the ‘logout’ command in the top navigation bar. This prevents any unauthorised users gaining access to your details and lightbox selections.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click the ‘forgotten your password?’ link on the home page. Your hint will then appear in the box, as entered when registering. If you are still unable to remember your password you can either re-register using a different log in name or contact Visit London Images to delete your previous registration, therefore allowing you to re-register with the previous log in name.

Can I amend my personal details?
Yes. You can amend or update any of your details by clicking on ‘Your Account’ in the top navigation bar at any time after logging in.

Can I browse the site without being a registered visitor?
Non-registered visitors are assigned ‘guest’ rights to the website where you can still search and browse but are required to contact the library directly to place an order.
