Ordering

Guests are welcome to search and browse the site but are required to register in order to place an order online. Offline orders can be placed directly by guests via telephone, fax or email to Visit London Images but may be subject to longer delivery times and administration charges.

How do I create an order?
Online ordering is available to registered users only. To place an order you need to log in and compile a shopping basket. Images are added to the shopping basket directly from ‘Search Results’ or ‘Lightboxes’. To add or remove an image from a shopping basket, click the shopping basket icon next to the image and you will see the ‘add to order’ and ‘remove from order’ links change, denoting whether the image has been placed in or removed from your basket.

If you wish to complete additional searches and/or add images to your shopping basket from a different lightbox, simply search/browse the site, select additional images and save them to your basket in the same way as the first one.

The shopping basket will remain active until you log off or exit the site.

How do I view and edit my shopping basket?
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking ‘Your Shopping Basket’ at the top right of the screen. Images can be previewed and removed from within the shopping basket.

The contents of your shopping basket remain all the time you are logged onto the website. Should you leave the site or log off for whatever reason; the shopping basket will default to zero items. If you are searching over a period of time and are unsure whether you are ready to place an order, please take advantage of the lightbox facilities afforded to you as a registered user.

How do I complete my order?
Once you are ready to 'check out', you will need to calculate the cost of your images, and then choose a delivery method.  See 'Pricing' and 'Delivery options' for more information.
